Chambourcin- (0% Residual Sugar) A milder full-bodied red wine, our medium toast French oaked Chambourcin pairs well with dark chocolate or steak.
Summer Crisp- (0% Residual Sugar) A crisp light-bodied white wine made from our estate grown Chardonel grapes, this wine pairs well with many dishes from turkey to seafood.
Traminette- (4% Residual Sugar) A hybrid of the Gewurztraminer, this white wine pairs well with Oriental or Indian dishes.
Blackberry- (4% Residual Sugar) Vinted from locally grown blackberries and only lightly sweetened, this blackberry wine is uniquely ours and pairs well with most any cuisine.
Chardonel- (6% Residual Sugar) A hybrid of Seyval and Chardonnay, this full-bodied soft white wine pairs well with heavier seafood dishes, pasta, red sauces, and Gouda cheese.
Catawba-(6% Residual Sugar) This beautifully colored soft rose wine complements Asian, Indian, and Mexican entrees as well as desserts from many cultures.
Plum- (6% Residual Sugar) A true plum wine with a delicate balance between sweet and refreshing flavors.
