OUR WINES
Boucherie's Barrel Reserve- (0%Residual Sugar) A red blend of fine dry wine aged to perfection for 5 months in local KY bourbon barrels. It's sure to excite your senses and please your tastebuds through the superior mix of wine with hints of bourbon flavors.
Norton- (0% Residual Sugar) This is our richest, full-bodied red wine. A hybrid of Labrusca and Aestivalis, Norton is often referred to as "the Cabernet of the Ozarks."
Chambourcin- (0% Residual Sugar) A milder full-bodied red wine, our medium toast French oaked Chambourcin pairs well with dark chocolate or steak.
Summer Crisp- (0% Residual Sugar) A crisp light-bodied white wine made from our estate grown Chardonel grapes, this wine pairs well with many dishes from turkey to seafood.
Blackberry- (4% RS) Vinted from locally grown Kentucky blackberries our blackberry wine is uniquely ours. It is lightly sweetened and finished with dolce vanilla oak for a more distinguished mouth feel. All this combined makes a perfectly polished semi-sweet blackberry wine.
Traminette- (4% Residual Sugar) A hybrid of the Gewurztraminer, this white wine pairs well with Oriental or Indian dishes.
Catawba-(6% Residual Sugar) This beautifully colored soft rose wine complements Asian, Indian, and Mexican entrees as well as desserts from many cultures.
Noiret- (7% Residual Sugar) A full-bodied, richly colored red wine that resembles a Shiraz, our medium toast French oaked Noriet pairs well with beef, pasta, or sharp cheeses.
Soft Red- (8% Residual Sugar) A smooth, sweet, fruity red wine from estate grown Chambourcin grapes, this aged medium toast French oaked wine pairs well with food and friends.
Chardonel- (8% Residual Sugar) A hybrid of Seyval and Chardonnay, this full-bodied soft white wine pairs well with heavier seafood dishes, pasta, red sauces, and Gouda cheese.
Mom's Damn Blueberry- (8% RS) A pure blueberry fruit wine made from local KY blueberries. This wine perfectly captures the intense fruit characteristics of locally sourced Kentucky blueberries and pleases the senses with a luscious, smooth, and sweet fruity flavor. Mom's Damn Blueberry is bounding with blueberry taste and fragrance.
